fine art WEDDING invitations
Send your guests an invite they'll want to talk about.
Fine art wedding stationery, featuring calligraphy and artwork by Courtney Larsen.
Each invitation set is an artfully designed mix of hand-painted and
digital elements to perfectly embody your unique vision and style.
Your Pinterest boards are filled with unique and imaginative wedding ideas, handmade paper and watercolor, stationery sets with cool vintage postage and calligraphy everything. You care about the feel of things, the weight of the paper, the texture of the envelope, the slightly raised finish of pointed pen calligraphy- all the small details that make it feel luxurious and special.
You want your wedding stationery to be talked about and remembered. And that's why we do custom.
Custom means you'll be getting 100% original artwork made for your big day. It means we customize every detail of your invitation suite, making sure the end product looks as awesome as the rest of your wedding. We can add extra embellishments, like custom designed postage, envelope liners, and hand painted watercolor maps.
Each custom invitation order includes a complimentary styling kit for you and your photographer to use to get that Pinterest-worthy photo of your invitations. As part of this kit, we include a 8x10 print of one of your custom artwork pieces, personalized with yours and your spouse's name and date, because we believe your wedding artwork should be enjoyed and on display long after the wedding day.
Our typical couple will spend between $2000- 3000 for 100 custom invitations (including 2-sided design of the invitation+rsvp+details card, calligraphy services, and all production costs).
A basic custom package is around $1200 for 100 invitation sets (1-sided design of invitation + rsvp, production costs, and digitally printed envelope addressing). *This tier focuses on calligraphy and small illustrations, and does not include full artwork, such as hand-painted maps, venue paintings, floral bouquets, etc.
A fully custom package with all the bells and whistles is around $5000 (full 2-sided Design+ Production for invite, rsvp, info card, menu, ceremony program, etc., and calligraphy services). This tier includes a custom map, watercolor landscape, hand-painted monogram, venue painting, and custom envelope liner, in addition to the included front design of each card.
how it works
Fill out our contact form to get started
Send us a message through our Contact form and let us know what items your interested in, the vibe of your wedding, any "must-haves" for your big day, and any details we'll need to put together a super personalized quote for you!
The more info you include here, the better! We love hearing your story as a couple and what your vision is for your wedding.
And we love answering questions, so don't be shy!
We'll send you a quote and set up a call
Once we get your contact form, we'll get started putting together a customized quote for you, and will set up a time to hop on a call! That initial call is a great time to discuss ideas, talk through budget details, and game plan how to bring your wedding vision into reality.
After our call, we'll send over a proposal with all the items and options discussed, you decide what options work best for you, we revise the proposal to match. Once the booking deposit is paid, it's time to start the real designing!
Phase + Production
Once you've placed your order, we can start the design process. We like to have a video call for design calls so we can sketch out ideas in real time and get your feedback and input!
Design typically takes 2-4 weeks, and includes 2 rounds of edits.
We can customize almost any part of the invitation design, and we have over 50 envelope colors to choose from.
Once you approve the final design, you'll have the printed and assembled suites in about
2 weeks, or 3 if you we are addressing your envelopes!
Now that your Custom Invitations are designed, printed, and mailed to your guests, we can start planning Day-Of items, like Menus, Table Numbers, Escort Card displays, etc.!
Another great way to elevate your invites EVEN more is to add a piece of custom Artwork, like a Watercolor map or Venue painting. The custom Artwork pieces can be added to any piece of the suite, and because YOU get to keep the original painting, they are a great keepsake of your special day.
